The Integrated Leader
Half-day or full-day workshop
The entry point. For organizations, institutions, women's leadership programs. This workshop introduces the framework of Sacred Grounding in a format designed for professional settings: Christian higher education, professional women's leadership programs, organizational retreats. Participants leave with a somatic practice they can use immediately and a theological framework that reorients how they understand the relationship between their interior life and their leadership.

Leading from the Inside Out
Multi-week cohort
The sustained work. A small group cohort that combines reading, embodied practice sessions, and community over multiple weeks. For women who know something is missing and are ready to find it. The cohort format holds the intellectual rigor and the somatic practice simultaneously, in a community of women who are doing the same work.

The Alchemist's Table

Eight to twelve people. The most dangerous version of the conversation. For women who are already awake or about to be. This gathering does not introduce the framework. It assumes it. The conversation that happens here is the one that cannot happen in a workshop or a cohort. Details by inquiry only.
